In order to kick off a remodel, our team must come to a client’s home to view the space, assessing square footage and the conditions we will be working with moving forward. In addition, clients typically visit our showroom to pick out products based on their specifications, style preferences, and budget. A showroom visit, in conjunction with the home visit, allows our design team to assist in selecting products and quoting a budget accordingly. 

Throughout this step, there will likely be ongoing communication to finalize details.

Once the design proposal has been confirmed, the client will pay a deposit to secure our services. We will then order the products, assign the job to our schedule, and create drawings of the project that show the placement of cabinets, colors, and more. The program we use provides a two-dimensional rendition of the end result, true to scale.

We won’t start work until everything is in place and the correct products arrive in approved condition and in the right color, which avoids unnecessary delays in the timeline and inconvenience for our clients. If any unexpected delays do occur, we communicate them to the client immediately. 

Regardless of how many projects we have going at any given time, Larry or Kevin (whoever is overseeing the particular remodel) will visit the site every day until it’s complete. This ensures remodels run smoothly and efficiently. When we’re finished, we ensure the home is just as clean, if not cleaner, than it was before we started!

To tie up all the finishing touches, we go through our final checklist, and of course, discuss with our client to confirm we’ve delivered on their vision and that we leave them smiling.
