Dear Rite-Way Staff, Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did on our bathroom remodel. As you know we initially hired another contractor to do our bathroom. The work was so poor it had to be completely redone (per city of Madison Heights building inspector). Thank you for immediately clearing your busy schedule and coming to our rescue. From the first day on the job, you were all professional and courteous. Those of you who did the actual work were trustworthy, dependable, organized, and prompt. It was very refreshing to work with contractors who showed character, integrity, and took pride in their work. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and thank you again for everything. Dear Larry & Kevin: We wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased we were with the two bathroom remodelings you helped us with this year. We got so many compliments at our holiday party this year on our beautiful bathrooms. Lots of comments on the whirlpool tub, the marbelite countertops and of course on the tile patterns.

Please feel free to use us as a reference. Initially, I was wary of the whole remodeling process but truly our outcome couldn’t have been better.
